understand the different wrestling styles and what to
expect. The
Jr. High Folkstyle Teams, The new AZUSA Wrestling
Folkstyle team and the Freestyle/Greco-Roman teams
are very different as far as how they are run. It can be very
confusing! Once
you understand the process it becomes much easier. We hope this
helps! On
occasion we’ll also add info on the Poston and Stapley Jr.
High wrestling teams.
